Shipping

I just checked out, when will my order ship?
We have a three business day processing time. We start processing orders as soon as we received them. 

How will I know when my package arrives?
We will ship all orders using a tracking-code. You will receive this code by e-mail as soon as your package is dispatched. For international orders, couriers may transfer your package via a local partner in your country. When this is the case, you will receive another tracking code once your order has been forwarded to them. If you have any questions, let us know. We are happy to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please note that shipping fees may vary depending on your location. For questions you can contact us via hello@bluenest.shop.

Payment and security

What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, such as MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. We also accept payments via iDeal or PayPal.

Is your payment safe and secure?
Yes, our payment system complies with the security standards of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) and we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates on our website to guard it from unwanted activities.

Are all prices included of VAT?
Yes, all prices are including VAT.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We do our best to provide high quality products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please bare in mind that all products are hand-made and slight differences between pieces can occur. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your package. You can e-mail us via hello@bluenest.shop and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace, mend or return for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you.

What address do I mail my return to?
Please contact us by e-mail hello@bluenest.shop to receive the shipping address for your returns.

Do you allow exchanges in case I change my mind?
If you would like a different product, please return your item and place a new order for the item you wish to buy instead. You can also send an e-mail to hello@bluenest.shop and we are happy to help you out.

Does my pillow cover come with the insert?
Our pillow covers doe not come with the insert. We suggest inserts that are 1.5 to 5 cm (0.6 to 2.0 inch) larger than your pillow cover and recommend down or feather inserts to make your pillow look the best!

How do I take care of my product?
Durability is very important to us. The longer our textiles last, the longer you can enjoy themThat’s why we advise you to only hand-wash your pieces with a mild detergent. After washing, lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach or dry clean.
