Shipping Zones

Netherlands | Flate shipping rate €3,95
We ship with DPD within the Netherlands. We aim to process your order within 3 working days and it usually arrives within 2 working days of being dispatched.*

EU Zone 1 | Flate shipping rate €6,50
EU Zone 1 deliveries usually arrives between 2 till 4 working days after being dispatched.* 

Europe Zone 1 includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland and United Kingdom.

EU Zone 2 | Flate shipping rate €11,50
EU Zone 2 deliveries are shipped with DPD and arrives around 2 till 5 working days after dispatchment.*

Europe Zone 2 includes the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

World | Shipping rate €16,00-€24,00**
The shipping rate for the remaining countries depends on your location, but will be between €16,00 till €24,00.  Worldwide deliveries usually take around 2-3 weeks to arrive but can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on your location.**

*Please keep in mind that during busy times (like Christmas) it may take longer.

** Please note! At very busy times (December!) – these shipping times may be longer, up to one month within Europe and worldwide can be even longer – please allow enough time!

Overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.

Shipping Times

At the time your order is dispatched we will supply you with a tracking number to follow your order online. We endeavour to ship within 3 working days but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. We ask that you supply a mobile phone number and email address at the time of order so that our courier partner can communicate with your directly regarding your delivery. We will never share your details with any 3rd party.

Cancellations

In case you decide to cancel your order, please notify us by email within 24 hours of placing your order. We will provide you with a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can contact us within 7 days after receiving your product. We will replace, mend or return for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on damaged products after excessive use, wear and/or tear. Please see our care guide for information on how we advise you to take care of the product.
